How good things arise

past week:

faking 3 miles (x 6)
9000 sit ups
2500 push ups

and then some.

Food:

bread, peanut butter, apple, pear, muffin, fish, fish, yogurt, water only

mmmmm, pain and stuffing my face, lovely, quite lovely
